A good stay but the management could be better

The place is good, close to the KL city centre and Petronas, and the infinity pool is the star of it all. However the staff and manager could be up a notch with hospitality and cooperation given the influx of international tourists. The check in hours are rigid, jet lagged or not. However they do not adhere to perfection themselves. We hadto complain repeatedly about our shoddy air conditioning when they finally changed the room, but the new air conditioner also had similar glitches.

Property is located in a very prime area and all the attractions are under 2 kms surrounding which makes travel costs dead lower. Very comfortable stay and room service is pretty awesome. All the amenities feels like your own home there. I haven't tried their food menu as it's a bit on the costlier side. Rest of all a very pleasant stay.

The stay was absolutely amazing, the rooms were comfortable and loved the overall setup of them. One drawback I’d say is the washroom. There was just one common bathroom for both the rooms . The rooftop pool was fantastic .
