Our recent stay at park royal kuala lumpur was truly exceptional. The team was highly professional, paying close attention to every detail and ensuring every service was delivered flawlessly. I would like to especially highlight the incredible hospitality of mr. Deepak, a security staff member from nepal. He stands out as one of the most cordial and helpful بارك رويال سرفسد سويتس كوالالمبور employees we have ever encountered. Every time we exited or entered the بارك رويال سرفسد سويتس كوالالمبور, deepak greeted us with a warm smile and genuine interest. He would always inquire about our plans, suggest ideas to enhance our experience, and offer guidance to make our visit more seamless. What truly amazed us was his humility and dedication. Despite his outstanding service, he politely declined any extra tip, saying, “this is part of my duty. ” his unwavering kindness and professionalism are rare to find and made our stay even more memorable. Park royal is fortunate to have such an exemplary individual as part of their team. Thank you, deepak, for going above and beyond!

Person at the counter Very helpful in check in, also helped us in suggesting best way to come to Hotel from Airport. Also, Very clear instructions about what services are available. They were helpful in giving us morning breakfast packed for our son , as all were not ready by 10 am next day due to late night check-in. Rooms were clean, the only thing is they were stingy in providing towels and tea/coffee packs upfront while we had paid for 3 persons , overall very pleasant stay 😊 thanks

We liked our stay in park royal service suits. We felt very comfortable and the service was also very nice. The location of the بارك رويال سرفسد سويتس كوالالمبور was also very accessible to walk to certain places like bukit bintang road and monorail. Very cooperative staff...centrally located to all places of interest. Jalan Alor night market, Pavillion Mall, Hop On Bus, etc all with in walking distance...7/11, Indian food, veg n fruits shops n lot many restaurant just close by within 300m. A very clean n hygienic بارك رويال سرفسد سويتس كوالالمبور. Strongly recommend n this was our second stay at the same بارك رويال سرفسد سويتس كوالالمبور

The overall stay at ParkRoyal was good. Apartment suites were spacious, kids enjoyed a lot. Only complain about Indian food. I was expecting Indian Food since I booked similar name gore in Singapore(it was Indian food). But we didn’t suffer with whatever food we had. Also, hospitality at بارك رويال سرفسد سويتس كوالالمبور was nice. We didn’t face any additional request to be made.
