My overall stay was nice, however there were few issues like there was no water when i checked into my room, i had to ask for water everyday. The electric kettle was outdated, the premium studio apartment i took was average just a bigger in size but nothing fancy or modern. Overall it was nice.

It was a good stay. It's about 20 minutes from duomo, which makes it an ideal location to stay at. Allows food delivery from outside, for which it's a good idea to have glove or deliveroo downloaded. Restaurant and room service shuts at 11pm. Breakfast shuts at 10am. Rooms are comfortable. The standard rooms and executive rooms are better than the apartment rooms that come with a kitchenette.

I have been staying in this hotel since 2018, as i regularly visit milan for my exhibition, but this time the hotel is completely run down, poor facade, sad reception, unresponsive staff to breakfast issue. I will not stay there next time.

It was spacious and comfortable when it came to space but no service, location is very bad. It is 10mins walk to the metro but the area itself is very outskirts feels like a lot bad people around. Feels unsafe to walk at night because of being robbed.

The stay, we are completely satisfied with. Perfectly located, 15 minutes by taxi from Milan central station, just 7 to 10 minutes walk to Turro metro station. Well kept rooms, with kitchenette and cutlery. Highly recommended.

Not good, would think 10 times in future.

I never expected basics like TV not working at the time of check-in. It was not fixed even after few reminders. The breakfast quality was very mediocre. Any service took really long including taking tea bags etc. Considering from value for money this is surely not worth it.
