Good Hotel. Need upgrades!

The rooms were clean and nice. But the towels felt like they were old. We assumed we got old towels but then we saw the house keeping trolley and realised it's all the towels. We could be wrong, the faded color could have been intentional. The breakfast area is attached to a coffee shop. So lots of crowd and not much attention from the waiter. We stayed for a night. For which I believe it's totally Worth it.

Excellent hotel, next to tram stops. Good standard breakfast. The only problem was the bathroom hot-cold water knobs were not working properly. Also, it would have been better if hot water kettle would have been provided, as in other same star hotels.

The cooling in room was pathtic after reportedly asking the hotel reception staff, none was bothered to do something! Really Disappointed

Excellent Windsor Hotel Milano, next to tram stops. Good standard breakfast. The only problem was the bathroom hot-cold water knobs were not working properly. Also, it would have been better if hot water kettle would have been provided, as in other same star Windsor Hotel Milanos.
