I was unable to check in and stuck without room keys. there was no communication to me that I had to check in before 8 pm. Very disappointed as property owner or reception was not able to attend calls. Both nos shared on booking invoice was landline and none to attend. eventually I had to check in another hotel midnight on freezing cold 3°C. Kindly arrange refund for the same.

Location was good and accessible to Metro & Central Milan, all time free access to Water Bottles & Coffee. Very friendly staff. Room was fantastic with nearly all the amenities

good stay in one of the big market places in milan.

rooms are very clean and very livable. they take care of every small details. approach road is but deserted plus outside structure seems bit dated. close to railway station (700m). no working windows but definitely not claustrophobic. will stay again if we come back to milan

I came at 6:08 pm on sun-day and it was closed. Some one should have told that check in is till 6pm on sun-day. The construction noise on day 1 made us impatient and with a 1 yr old kid it was horrible. Thanks to the helpful front desk executive he changed my room and the next 2 days was sorted. Special word of thanks to the front desk excectives they are very helpful

No words to say. Everything was so perfect. Nothing to write in words. It was like a second home only. Very near to the central location and metro station. Michel was very supportive. Margaret has helped us to book the cab.

Excellent Stay

This is the best hotel place we have ever lived. I travelled to US, Europe and India but this was so far the best place in this price. It is near to Milan Central Station and the staff is really helpful. They stored our luggage as well even after checking out. Would love to have this place opened in every country. Would love to stay here again.
