Hotel Zia lobby staff were very rude they have charges 150000idr for soke spot on bedsheet, we have not damaged or torn their blanket then also they have charged for it

The hotel is fine but the staff there is not at all cooperative and if you accidentally touch something inside the room then you will be fined. If the towel in the room gets damaged then they charge a fine for that too.

amenities is average. service is good. But property location is not so good. kuta is very dangerous in night. one of our incident has happen on 23rd march 2025.Room size is very small. even I have booked for 3 people they could not give us extra bed. we have stay 2 families 4 adults and 2 child both are age of 13. they give us 0215 & 0217 room number. but room are very small. even room number 0217 AC in not working. This is happened on 19th to 20th march 2025. They have denied that no extra bed you pay both the date.Inside the room their is no lock in bathroom door. Although the Overall feedback is average. we are not enjoying in ZIA KUTA.

Great service we spend 6 days in hotel evry things was good 1 nice location kuta beach is 5 to 7 minutes walking distance 2 2 to 3 minutes walking distance to shopping street 3 hotel staff are vey polit and helpful 4 room is clean and big enough hot water is coming 24 hours bed is comfortable all over experience is very good

So cheap hotel and its management. No basic amenities at hotel. Centralized was not working well at all 5th and 6th floor rooms. We have changed our room but but the problem remains same. Asked for cancel 01 day stay but hotel management refused to refund. Overall a terrible experience at hotel zia kuta.

Bad behavior of night duty staf

Location was good. But rooms are very small in size. Bathroom is very very small. Barely you can stand there. Breakfast was okay for that price. Night duty receptionist was very rude. I asked him a piece of printer paper for that also he denied. Said i don't have papers left. As i can clearly see there was 2 packets.
