Hi, we faced multiple issues about the hotel and that are follows but before that I would like to highlight that we booked this hotel because it was assured hotel and it came with assurance that in case of any issue, they will resolve it in 60 minutes or the stay will be free. They did not resolve the issue on the day we checked in to hotel and it's been 3 months since the terrible experience and even today I Am chasing about the resolution and they are yet to give me one. So, in short, never trust them. Now issues 1. The living room was so dirty that it was not possible to live in it. Couches were full of stains of all kind. 2. Air conditioning was not working from the time we checked in till the check out time. We told them multiple times, they said it is being fixed but it was never fixed. We were sweating the whole time. 3. Jacuzzi which was in open, was giving cold water even from the hot water tap. When we asked the hotel staff to fix this, they simply apologized and did not fix it. So I was not able to use Jacuzzi at all. 4. Power cut happened twice in night (2 Am 2:20 Am), both times the staff was clueless and we had to inform them about it and then they fixed it. 5. Bedroom table was broken. I sat on it and fell down. When we told them about it, they again apologized and said that they cannot change it. 6. We requested them to get us a bottle opener. They could not even arrange it. 7. There was dead spider on toilet seat. In short, we paid way too much money for this villa. We were more disappointed by as they did not even care to (even till today) look into our issue and resolve it.

On behalf of the entire staffs, we loved having you here staying with us and managed to deliver a great service to you. We do apologize about your inconvenience. 1. About the sofa at living room we do laundry the sofa cover in schedule, but the guest before just come with kids and the kind was spoiled some foods there, and we don't have much time to do special treatments to clean sofa due to the next guest which is it's you is already waiting in the lobby, but now we already cleaned it up. 2. For the AC yes we already try to fix it, actually the AC is in normal function, but in that time Bali still in summer heat season so the weather feels hotter that usuals. 3. Our Jaccuzi is have water heating tube, and if the hot water is used, they need time to fill it up and heating, then the hot water will work on the Jacuzzi. 4. We did apologize about the blackout, but normally it won't happened, except some case like we used the cable or adapter which not match with our plug, then the power shortcut will happen. 5. We do apologize if we can't changed it due to we are in full occupancy that time, but we fix it after. 6. We provide bottles opener and we put it in each villa close by the cutlery. 7. Bali is tropical island, sometimes the insects is exist in some area, but we take care of it in detail, we spray the rooms with mosquitoes spay before guest check in.
