We went for 2 nights, villas are good but those who are afraid of lizards turn avoid staying in villas in Bali. Since we ate from Mumbai, we found Kuta area is way better than Seminyak for us.

We opted for garden view room which had only one air conditioner of one ton which was too small for the size of the room that was huge. Location was nice and room were spacious. Property is good and so was the massages at their spa. They need to add more air conditioner to all such rooms.

It was a worst experience to stay here. The room was stinky and weird. I would not suggest anyone for this hotel. It spoiled my day. I had to use my deodorant every 10 minutes to avoid the stink.

No early check in even if the rooms were vacant. No welcome. No room service. Animals are there at the night. No proper cleaning of rooms after the animals make mess in the villa. Staff at the reception are very arrogant. No one hour delayed check out. Overall a bad experience.

Not worth for money. Poor Air-con and Many lizards

I had booked the villa for 2 nights via makemytrip and I selected payment at villa. I got the confirmation email for my booking. But when I went to villa they said they had cancelled my booking because I selected payment at villa option and they didn't I form make my trip or me. Then I booked the villa on the spot with new booking. Room provided was very poor. Air conditioner not working. Lots of lizards in the villa and rooms. Those who have fobia of it will have difficulty in staying. It is not worth for money.

Deluxe pool Villa are OK type category above this are good, single pool rooms are even good. Breakfast is limited and less options for vegetarians. Hotel is having a benefit of two side rood, there is a walk-able distance for famous Indian food restaurant" Queens tandoor". Photography perfect points

The hotel was good with clean rooms. We had a pleasant stay. One drawback is that the bedroom is upstairs and all other things including the washroom is downstairs (which really is a pain). The hotel has another option for private pool rooms, which I think is a better option.
