They are complaining about spoons plates and sometimes, we said thai everything we have putted outside after dinner and lunch, than they have checked 3 times and than told us that sorry its our mistake

Good place! So much crowd! Average Experience. Can consider it a rather family hotel, but not a luxury hotel for the kind of pricing they offer. Good thing is they allow food delivery from Grab or Gomel incase guest don’t prefer their restaurant.

Rooms are good but food options are very limited and most of the rooms balconies are not opening towards the animal enclosure area but face to a ground and swimming pool. Not value for money stay

The stay did not feel worth the ₹20,000 spent. If you're an Indian vegetarian, I would not recommend this place as there are very limited food options available. The room was just average, and we noticed lizards coming in and out through the gaps near the door, which was quite unpleasant. You’re better off finding another option in the same price range to truly enjoy your trip.

I would recommend stay only if your traveling with kids aged 3 to 12 or you are a animal lover what makes me avoid is that if you are a in house guest then also you have to pay for maximum activities and the lizards in room are really my point of concern again the property is not near to any market or good restaurant but best part was tsavo lion restaurant

Bali is not just known for its rice fields, sacred temples and surf-friendly beaches but also for its safari and marine life. And that was one of the reasons we chose to stay at the Mara River Safari Lodge. It's a beautiful property with so much to offer. If you and your family are animal lovers then this is the place where you should be staying. From elephant rides to safari journeys to feeding the predators in a caged vehicle, there is so much fun and excitement at this place. Their fine dining dining restaurant called The Tsavo Lion restaurant gives you a remarkable encounter with the King of the jungle through full-length glass panels that surround the restaurant. You can see them eye to eye while you enjoy your breakfast. The NKuchiro Restaurant offers private breakfast with giraffes, BBQ dinner and lunch. It was an amazing experience and we would definitely love to visit Mara River Safari Lodge again.

Close proximity to animals even though they are in captivity was the highlight of stay. Jungle safari was good. Fire dance was also a good visual treat. But otherwise this resort fails in many ways. First to start with timings of programs. Water park opens at 10:30 and closes by 5. Varun show starts at 1 pm and close by 5. Checkin time is 2 pm and check out is 12. So unless if you stay two days you cannot catch much of this. However there is not much to offer to stay for two days. One day is more than enough. Rooms are old. Toilets are dilapidated. Switches are as if that it will fall off. Food for breakfast was a disappointment. Even dinner and lunch menu is same and limited. Overall, if you are looking for a feel of african safari at a place nearby instead of travel-ling to africa, this is a make shift option. But if you value your stay, comfort and culinary experience, skip the place.

Maria is an amazing experience if you want to spend a quality time with kid. It is a basically a zoo which has a stay facility. You can literally see animals from your balcony (yes, its very safe too. Rooms are very good, very neat and clean. Staff of maria is also very courteous. Largely the property can be accessed through stroller so you can carry it. Overall it was a really good experience. I recommend if people going bali with kids to really spend atleast a day over here. They have small water park, fun park and soon they will have aquarium.

Amazing stay, improve only in cleanliness, used cigarette in backyard, unclean kattle, perfect ambience to get your mind relax

Just superb and refreshing resort

We stayed in swala deluxe room and we found it's one of the best room to stay. You just move the screen or go to balcony you can see zebras, wild beast, giraffe and rhinos. They roam here and there so 50% of the time you will see them for sure. The best part is the jungle hopper tour is included if you book any room so the rate is really worth it. Kids will surely enjoy the room even though the room is just average for staying. Recommend to stay here if you want an unique experience.

Nice stay. Great for a family trip. Not many options for food if you are staying overnight as not many restaurants nearby and you have to depend on in house restaurants only.

Children would love it. Nice rooms. Great hospitality. Bit expensive but totally worth it if you are planning a trip with kids and are interested in safari.

Room was OK. View of animals was good from balconyview of animals from the balcony. Room service closes by 10 PM . A day trip would have been better instead of staying there . Buffett is not vegetation friendly . Staff was helpful though.

We could see zebra, yak, ostrich from the balcony of our room. We can view white lions while having food as the restaurant is just besides where the lions stay. The room is designed in the pattern of the safari and wild life which is totally a different experience.

Location of property is amazing. Property itself is very beautiful. Right from the moment you enter you feel you are in africa interacting with animals all around. Their night safari is something not to be missed. Restaurant food is very nice. Staff is helpful and always smiling. They offer few free shows that are worth watching. Overall loved the place.
