The location was good but the room was not value for money. Breakfast was average not again value for money. Long late night club adjoining to this hotel property had sleep less nights. I would suggest no hotel in this radius of 500 meters would have same issues so avoid this area.

Apart from salty water in the bathrooms, rest all is awesome in this hotel at a very reasonable price. It surely can be booked for your travel if you are okay brushing and washing with slightly salty (sea type) water in the bathroom. Staff is excellent and very friendly. Swimming pool is very nice. Rooftop pool is even better.

It was a superb value for money hotel no doubt. The rooftop pool, music, staff hospitality was awesome. Though The water quality in bathrooms need improvement as the water was very salty hence it was impossible to do tasks like washing the hairs, brushing etc with that sea water. Rest all was good!

Staff is unprofessional and not trained, hospitality ruined my experience also wasted my vacation time. While check-in they took several hours, I was waiting outside. Also, my spa experience is not good, they have lacked on knowledge about what they offer and they spend several hours to investigate. Also, the manger is not proficient to take his own calls, he always on the phone for every time I faced the issue. When I went for a booked spa appointment they offer me the wrong person for spa and surprised me, bad experience, my schedule ruined.

This hotel seems to be old property. Very congested. Rooms are very small sizes. I stayed at Classic Room. They don't have chairs and center table in the room. Washbasin was not in the washroom, rather in the room. In Bali Electric sockets are different. I was not aware. I asked them to provide adaptor, which they could not. Next morning I have to buy from local market. I could charge my phone. No balcony, very tight room. Staff was Ok with smiling faces, but this hotel lacks basic facilities. This was very disappointing.
