The location and staffs are really good ! We arranged at 1 pm and our check in was at 3 pm ! They have given room at 3.45 pm that too room doesn’t have well functioning AC ! After made complaint again we had to change next room at 8 pm ! Which was not impressive! (Happy the reception boy was helpful) and we had ringing sound like calling bell at night 2 am twice with no one outside ! Next day some one was knocked door at 12 am ! We have reported to the receptionist asked him to check security cam and he said he doesn’t. Have access to! The breakfast was avg ! They have some good cozy gym which I liked ! The location is in middle of the market which was good too !

the location was good, on central kuta road, good acces to beach nearby. however the food was terrible fir vegetarians, no option was available in breakfast, only had to survive on fruit juice and milk. even bread had egg. reception staff was not the most helpful

Very good hotel. It's located in the heart of the city. Service's very good. Breakfast offered in hotel was unlimited buffet. I collected my indian food and also bali indonesian food also. It's 4 star category, but it's worst, bathroom is not good, towel is also dirty, even pillow cover had blood stain. To dirty. Please don't book this hotel. Instead of this price u will get nice hotel. Don't go for review it's really like jail.
