Had an excellent stay at Sheraton Bali — exceptional hospitality, spacious rooms, delicious food, and a perfect beachfront location. The staff was courteous and attentive, making the experience truly memorable and relaxing.

We have sufferd alot beacause there ac was not working we compailned about it they tried to fix it they said its fixed now and we went out after that we came back late night but still ac was not working we were tired ao had to sleep as we were leaving early morning ..they could have change my room but they didnt

Had a great time @ Sheraton Kuta Resort. It was exactly the same as seen in pictures. The room was big enough for a very comfortable stay. The ocean view from the room has presented unforgettable memories of sunset with different hues of red. The food is commendable in terms of quality, diversity and taste. Breakfast buffet deliver many traditional delicacies. Overall we had a great and memorable time

*we stayed for 5 nights at sheraton, kuta, bali* *location* the property's location is simply superb, offering a direct view of kuta beach and stunning sunset views from the swimming pool, restaurants, and beachside rooms. *food* breakfast was excellent, and it was nice to have indian cuisine available. We particularly enjoyed the special uthappa, thanks to the chef. However, we couldn't enjoy the food at the italian restaurant as the taste was different, with hard garlic bread and less/no cheese on the pizza. *amenities & services* the staff was very nice, caring, and supportive. They received us well and escorted us to the check-in reception. The snacks provided at the check-in reception were really good, and we appreciated the reception staff for providing the room a bit earlier than the check-in time of 3 pm, though a 3 pm check-in time is too late in the day. An official check-in time of 1 pm or earlier would be better. The amenities are good but could be improved. For example, the shaving kit provided was of low quality with sticky paste and a low-quality blade. The soaps provided were not great, while the shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion were good. Liquid body wash was provided after 2 days of check-in, which was much better than the body soap, though it was provided late. Tv/music was not clearly usable and not user friendly. Wifi was disconnecting frequently, may be due to the faraway location of the room. Didn't find a gym around, though we would have asked for its location. The swimming pool's location is great. Room cleaning was excellent, and the staff did a great job. Coffee/tea/sugar pouches were not enough to cover 2 people per day while we were 4 staying in the room. The locker provision was great and helped us secure our belongings while we were out during the daytime. Beds, blankets, and other amenities were very good.

We stayed at sheration bali kuta for 3 nights. The hotel is at a good location but in the center of all the hustle bustle (read traffic, traffic and traffic. Overall the hotel is neat and clean, room service was really good. We were personally attended to by the hotel staff and every minor detail was very well taken care of. However, the hotel has bad restaurants. In 1 occasion, we had to wait endlessly for a relatively small order. On another occasion, the italian restaurant served tasteless, over-cooked (near burnt) and stretchy pizzas.

As usual, staying in sheraton hotels is an excellent experience. This one particularly is ideally located if you want a quick walk to beach, mall, nice restaurants. Staff is super friendly.

Great stay. Nice location, easy access to beach mall and lot of restaurants. Great service, housekeeping was amazing. Rooms are well appointed too. Only improvement area is in terms of breakfast options for vegetarians

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton Kuta Bali Resort for a duration of 4 nights. The experience was largely positive. The rooms were excellent, well-maintained, and provided all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The highlight of the room was the ocean view from the balcony, which added a serene touch to the overall experience. However, the room was situated quite far from the front side of the hotel, which somewhat diminished the expected view. What truly stood out during my stay was the polite and supportive staff. Their professionalism and dedication to service were commendable and added significantly to the quality of my stay. . I would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Bali.

Walkable beach, shopping centre, nice bf variety and well behaved staffs. Room view also is good but no other amenities apart of swimming pool

Make stay more tourist friendly. Need pick up & drop from airport & also need travel guidance. Place a guide or some itinerary in room. Should improve at hosting in such touristic place
