Hi, nice Hotel to stay. The staff is great and helpful. Hotel rooms are nice and with good size. The bed also great and big in size. Hotel is clean no garbage in room and corridor. My suggestion to Hotel is please keep polish the tiles. There are a few tiles which look old. I have no problem for that but I don't want after giving all the nice facilities someone will ask for this.

Thanks to Ayu and carol who guided us to plan the destinations, also they were very cooperative. The rooms were clean. Indian restaurant (gateway of India) was just on walking distance and easily accessible. Both the girls really helped us in renting a bike and booking a cab for Ubud. Special thanks to Ayo. Stay blessed guys. Lots of love

I stayed with my family in november 2018. It's an average property. Restaurant was not good, so as complimentary breakfast. Room was clean but not adequate facility. Other than pool and location all were average. For Indian tourists good as restaurant gateway of India is nearby since سوريس بوتيك هوتلs own restaurant was bad.

Staff were super nice, nice place to stay in Kuta near main club spot, they will arrange everything wt ever u ask for. I didn't like the breakfast but can't blame them it's not India.

The Hotel was near Airport n Kuta Beach and the marketplace which made it very convenient for us to travel on foot. Overall every the thing was good about the Hotel.
