Words honestly fall short when trying to describe the beauty of Maya Ubud Resort. This is, without a doubt, the most scenic and serene resort I’ve ever stayed in—a true slice of heaven on earth. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by impeccable views, lush greenery, and a peaceful energy that felt almost spiritual. The infinity pool overlooking the waterfall genuinely moved me—a moment of quiet beauty that stays with you long after you leave. The spa experience, set beside a flowing river and waterfall, is something that simply can’t be put into words. You have to feel it for yourself to understand just how unique and grounding it is. It’s unlike any spa I’ve ever experienced. The food was outstanding, and the staff were warm, attentive, and thoughtful, making every moment special. A special thanks to Gangga, our wonderful butler, who went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and unforgettable. His kindness and attention to detail truly enhanced our experience. If you're looking for peace, beauty, and a deep connection to nature, Maya Ubud is the place to be. I left feeling calmer, happier, and incredibly grateful for the experience.

We stayed at pullman for 4 nights. First and foremost, this is not a big resort that you may expect - it is mostly a hotel that at best can be described as a 4 star or 3 star hotel. Kuta beach next to the hotel is probably one of the worst beaches in bali (if you are looking for natural clean beach) - filled with crowds and garbage. To add, this hotel doesn't even have a private beachfront. Hotel's cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired - one thing you would not want to see on your 5-star hotel stay is flies around your food - but this hotel has plenty of them ! rooms seem to have a fair bit of seepage/moisture (probably because of proximity to the sea.

The ambiance at Maya Resorts was simply awesome..the forest trail and greenery is top notcb. The staff were always polite and happy to assist customers. Food was excellent.

Maya ubud is a heaven on the earth. Varieties of delicious breakfast. It is a few km away from ubud centre. I got indian food from nearby indian restaurant by door delivery, which is allowed in maya obud. Amazing riverside swimming pool. Every villa hv private swimming pool is a added feature. Buggy will reach you within no time for any kind of service. It was a amazing stay.

It was good mostly, but the stay being in the middle of the forest along with the rainy season; few lizards ex- gecko found refuge in our room, the hotel staff were quick and excellent to act and deal with the lizards, but we had to continue staying with the perpetual anxiety from then on.

The property is very comfortable and staff are also courteous, only disadvantage is you don't get proper indian and vegetarian food which is a big negative for us as we are pure vegetarian. As regards location and proximity to key places it is very good.

It’s definitely a luxury property but worth staying, a property with two infinity pools. One of the best properties i’ve ever stayed in.
