It’s not the five star you would want, hotel is located in a good view spot, but its too far from the ubud centre considering the traffic is too much in there, plus hotel is old, does not even have five star facilities, trust me stayed quite a lot in these 5-7 star segment hotels, this is not the five star i would recommend, specially it you are an indian, don’t stay here, the food they sell in the name of indian foods, those are not even made in our ways, they sell naan bread by giving you pita breads fried on tawa. Some remarks for hotel pool view room we stayed in, “room was stinking, toilet flush wasn’t working properly, everything is old be it interior, curtains etc, does not even gave carpet on the floor, when room gets cold, it’s uncomfortable. Also, don’t take any suggestions on your day out from hotel, they will charge you more from everything better you do the ground work and go there, don’t take cabs from here, book gojek or grab”.
