I stayed there for 4 nights and it was one of my best experiences so far. In terms of service and guest relations I would rate them 5 star. The rooms were good. The connection of the room with the swimming pool is an added advantage. This is the hotel of my choice even on my next trip to Bali. Restaurant food is good. They could have some more variety for vegetarians both in breakfast and menu.

We were impressed by the service of this hotel. We had booked a superior room and got a room on 1st floor overlooking the pool. The pool was amazing and clean. Location was close to Legian Street (partying) and Legian beach.

Thank you Ossotel' Staff. Newer property and kept extremely clean. Excellent hotel of this class ... Front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely stay here again when visiting the area, and would recommend to others. This hotel has a great location.

Its located in Dingi, bye lanes near Kuta Beach area, not good for Indian families! Please offer it for only persons interested in Sea Sports and not leisure or family holidays. Suggest to be more explicit in offering.
