Terrible experience . The place has stains all over on the mats and dirty spots in the restroom

They don’t let you checkin before 3 and eventually at 3, there’s a huge line at the checkin counter. The house keeping doesn’t refill the coffee and milk

Excellent and good. staff behaviour is also nice and quick. U bahn is nearby also the bus station and more food stores are available in 2 min walk.

Nice hotel with supportive staff and delicious breakfast. The hotel is within the main market area where lots of Indian restaurants are available.

The pictures they have uploaded and in reality are too different please be alert about that. The only thing good about the hotel is the location is good because everything was walkable and in good distance around the hotel.

Hotel was good, no complimentary things like drinking water, snacks.

Gone for the Berlin marathon. Nice hotel and a great location. Breakfast facility was not up to the mark and very expensive compared to other facilities. Except that everything was great.

The location is the biggest positive for this hotel. However, rooms are below par for the rates that are being charged. Also the washroom is extremely tiny; I felt it could hardly fit a kid in the tub provided. The stay was average.

Cool location with many food joints Around. The main Road helps to get public transport or taxi easily. Not very far from City centre. Staff at the Hotel is helpful especially the person at the reception from Maldives (forgot the name sorry! ). I did not had any food from the Hotel so cannot comment. However, bathrooms are quite cramped and needs a bit more space to move Around. The room sizes are ok with very basic amenities. Well it's not very highly priced, so you get what you pay for basically!

The location is good for tourists and lots of restaurant s available close by even halal food is available. Very well priced.
Complimentary water should be provided and also slippers for washoom.

Nice with all amenities. It was the first visit to Berlin. Enjoyed sightseeing. Hotel was very well located near the metro train. That helped.
The soap was not refilled in the shower area. Should provide a couple of free water bottles. Otherwise stay was good.

Overall good hotel in a terrific location. Internet is good and the breakfast is really good. The hotel is always crowded with people and it seems full of people. The breakfast is usually rampaged. The bathrooms are a bit small especially the shower area. And there is no AC. You have to open windows on hot days like I did in late July. Overall a very good value for money.
