The reception staff and the breakfast staff was very helpful. We stayed there for nearly 6 days, I would like to suggest that the breakfast menu should be changed every day if possible. They have lot of dishes for breakfast but same menu every day which makes little boring. Should introduce some Indian, Asian dishes in menu as I could see lot of Indians at hotel.

There is also a food court right in front of the station in addition to the already available options at the station. The hotel is not providing invoice/bill after check out, if booking is done other than hotel website. This is the first time experience I had by staying in intercity hotel in Berlin. As I was on business trip and I can not reimbursement the bill as I have not received the hard copy of the bill/invoice which is required by office for tax purpose. I lost my valuable time by discussing the guy on reception. Bad experience.

The hotel is situated close to Berlin central station. The location is awesome and the staff was very helpful. We took the breakfast it was also very good. The internet has a speed of 256kbps which was good to connect maps and social media. The market and restaurants are close by.

the location is great - just outside the main train station. the signage to the إنتر سيتي هوتل برلين هاوبتاهنوف is not as good though so its not so easy/ obvious to find if you are somewhere in the multiple levelled main train station.

Nice إنتر سيتي هوتل برلين هاوبتاهنوف with an excellent location. service could be improved especially at the reception as there was only one staff checking in the customers due to which there was a long queue at the time of my arrival late in the night.
