Bad hospitality and facilities

We came to the hotel only for a night. It’s very far from the city and the cabs keep cancelling on us. Even the receptionist are least bothered to help us when requested to speak to the driver since we dint know any French. They had not given any water, AC was not working. Lights are very dull. Hospitality is very poor. The ladies in the receptionist were least bothered. But one thing was we kept our luggage for half the day before we could check in. It was safe.

This was our first visit to Paris and our first leg of our stay was at Kopster. The hotel is really upscale with all the required facilities F&B , gym , helpful staff etc. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The place is well connected by public transport and joints around the vicinity.

Security deposit of 150 euros (14000 rupees) is not refunded yet

The hotel charged me 150 Euros as a safety deposit, out of which around 60 Euros was to be deducted upon checkout for city tax and the remaining amount was to be refunded. it's been over 15 days since the checkout, yet the remaining amount of nearly 90 euros has not been refunded. the hotel has cheated me, and I'm helpless about the refund. the manager on duty was also extremely rude and arrogant

Pathetic stay

Nothing of right about this hotel except nice rooms. I have informed twice to mr. Alexey in the reception that the wifi is not working and the coffee machine is not working. He didn’t do anything about it and just ignored it. There is nothing around the hotel and the location is really bad. The hotel doesn’t even offer water or anything even for selling in the night. There is a dispenser machine in the near by building which has nothing and not functioning. The lift is not working, to enter into the parking is a lot of trouble.

This was our first visit to Paris and our first leg of our stay was at Kopster.
