The stay was normal, not bad, but not not great either. The registration was terrible. I had to wait for over 2 hours to get the room. They told me every excuse to keep me waiting. I think they had overbooked, and were trying to solve their problem. At one point, they start to ignore me and I was afraid that I will not get a room.

Service is too bad, Aircondition does not work. The staff does not support. Made a mistake to rebook my stay in the same hotel on 1st may to 2nd may 2025. I have yet to get my security deposit amount transferred to my account.

Couple of issues… 1. Cleaning Staff is not at all good. Room and Bedding is not cleaned properly. 2. It seems in Paris due to winter they don’t operate Air condition in rooms, which is a BIG problem. You sweat like anything inside the room. Surprisingly all common areas like passage, reception, BF lounge are cool. I think that is because it is mostly used by hotel staff. 3. Overall experience is not pleasant due to delayed or no room service. I had to remind multiple times to get the work done.

Don’t book at any cost, no services provided at the hotel. Staff is rude and hopelessly unapologetic about not being able to provide anything. Room service will not respond and will not provide any towels also.

It was a very big hotel and it seemed like the staff were unable to handle the number of guests they had checked in. Basic requests like shampoo, soap and water were not fulfilled. The buffet breakfast was adequate at best. Had paid for 5 days but ended up eating at the hotel only 2 days due to the convenience factor. The lifts are always crowded and you have to wait in line to go to your floor.

Hotel location is near to Gallieni metro station. Not too far from the key attractions. Room is also good. They had lesser options in the breakfast. Also, hotel staff is not what you would be expecting from the staff of a good hotel. I didn't see anyone wearing a smile while talking to the guests. I found there behavior little bit rude, that is the only negative point. But this hotel was cheap and rooms were also good. So I will rate it as value for money and a 3 star hotel.

Stayed for 3 nights at this place. It is walking distance from Gallieni metro station and has a Mcdonald's nearby. The room was comfortable. It had a separate toilet and bathroom which was good. Breakfast spread was really good and with these basic amenities our stay was pleasant. The only complaint we had was that room service was non-existent. We had an issue with the bathtub which did not get resolved.
