Hospitality was great, food was suitable for us, hotel staff also arranged scooter for us so that we can explore Sapa easily. Overall good experience with the stay. View was okay too. It was walkable distance to Sapa station also.

Our room was on the 5th floor. Lift starts from 1st floor and ends at 4th floor. That means 2 floors we need to climb. One time we climbed with our own luggage. For hot water we had to mention specially as they to start the motor. No 3 pin charger slot in room. Had experienced that in hanoi as well. Could not charge my laptop. Restaurant is available in hotel but could not try as we are jain and only eat in pure veg restaurant. (restaurant you must try in vietnam is thong and dhong. Lovely vegan food.
