The over all stay was amazing. The Property location is very good and this has all the required facilities. Celina and Dua are at reception and doing wonderful job. Both of them are very helpful and take care of guests. Highly recommended hotel in Sapa

I had a stay at this hotel - the staff there is truly great. Celine who was the one who helped us was very sweet and helped us with everything. One thing which the management can improve is - there were too many cockroaches in the washroom and also few stuff was broken. Otherwise the stay and the view was amazing!

Very nice hotel in center of the city ,the staff here Selena and Dua were very helpful in guiding us through the places we wanted to visit in SAPA ,they helped us book fansipan tickets as well. The breakfast is nice as well there were options for vegetarians too. All in all its a good deal in the mentioned price

Excellent location, spacious room, great hospitality and a variety of breakfast options - all you need for a fantastic stay! Selena, the receptionist, was incredibly friendly and helpful, she offered us all travel related assistance in Sapa. We really enjoyed our stay at Sapa Centre Hotel and would love to come back again!

Property is located exactly in the city centre. All the famous locations such as Moana, Cat-Cat and Alpine Coaster are within ~4-5kms distance. Best part is the Sun Plaza (Start point for Fansipan) is located right beside this hotel. Special thanks to the hotel staff (3 ladies) for upgrading our stay. Also need to mention about Selena (one of the staff members). She helped a lot in booking our activities and journey tickets. Also she responded beyond her working hours and made sure we received our baggage that we forgot at hotel before departure. Good Going Selena!

Great location, just 50 mtrs from sapa centre and 80 mtrs from not-re dame cathedral. Great connectivity for all places. Spacious clean room, very humble, courteous cheerful staff. Their restaurant serves very good food. They did not have many veg food options in breakfast but they prepared veg food specially for us;such a wonderful gesture. Tickets can be bought here for all attractions including fansipan at the same price that saves you to stand in long queues. Overall, satisfied and recommend this hotel.

Near to sap a tramp station, shopping, good restaurant, banks, taxi etc. Excellent staff and service was excellent. Rooms were cleaned every day. Breakfast was also good. Highly recommend this hotel to every one. For indians if they want indian food, indian restaurant ganesh sap a is at walkable distance which serves good food.

Nestled in a lane right in the heart of the city, it’s a lovely hotel with old world charm. The view from our balcony was beautiful, there have a little patio facing the road where you can sit and people watch all day. They offer a good variety of continental and traditional vietnamese cuisine. Their pizza was very good, one of the best i’ve tasted!
