    Had a wonderful stay at Golden Art Hotel. The location is perfect — right in the Old Quarter and easy to find. The room and bathroom were clean and the staff’s were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast had a small selection but was fresh and tasty. They also offer airport pickup and drop-off at a reasonable price. Overall, a great experience and good value for money!

    1. It's not a hotel, it's just like a hostel. 2. No staff, No hospitality 3. Very old property with bad smell. 4. Old ACs. No elevator to the floor where kids were provided accommodation 5. No blankets in the room. 6. Breakfast only Ala karte with just 2 items to order. 7. Staff rude and not cooperating 8. This hotel doesn't deserve 9. It's a property for lower budget. 10. has charged very heavy amount similar to 5 star hotel.

    My experience in Hotel Golden Art Hanoi

    Stay from 18th march to 23 march 2025,highly thankful to mrs Jasmine who made my Stay very comfortable. All staff were very helpful, food was very good, highly thankful to all staff of hotels Golden Art.

    The hotel is definitely not a 3 star level. The rooms are very smal, the bathroom doors do not close. The hotel is in one corner. No bus or taxi or cab is able to reach or park at the hotel. We had to walk at least 10-15 mins to reach any conveyance. We had to carry our own suitcases to and from our rooms during check out and check in. There was no staff to help us with our suitcases. Staffs are unhelpful. When we complained the receptionist did not even try to help. He was least interested. The hotel is definitely not for family tourist.

    Loved the rooms, hotel, breakfast. Hotel staff is very helpful, kind and approachable. Location of hotel is the best part as it is located in centre of city and everything for city tour is at walking distance

    The place is a star hotel that we were lucky to find at the last minute. 1. It is located in the central area of Hoan Kiem, and is walking distance away from Train Street. A lot of good restaurants nearby. It is in a side street where no cars pass by so very quiet and peaceful. Location wise this was a great place. 2. Rooms were clean, with a fridge, locker, AC, water kettle, etc. They cleaned the rooms everyday even if we forgot to inform them. 3. The staff is what makes this place good. They will arrange for EVERYTHING if you ask. From a two wheeler, to Halong Bay tours, to spa services, to taxis for airport transfers. They are very helpful. 4. Food was nice, breakfast is sevred early from 6.30 to 9.30 so we could eat before our day tour to Halong Bay.

    The best staff ever

    Chandan and his team took superb care of us and went far beyond expectations. For example, when we needed USD converted to VND late in the evening and they had run out of VND's, the staff actually gave us VND from their own personal wallets so we could go out and enjoy the nightlife. Can you imagine any hotel service going that far? This is just one example. They have the best maps, recommendations, taxi service etc. Basically you'll get whatever you need and more sometimes without even asking for it.
    No it was just fine. Staff was beyond excellent.
