Location is very good , everything is nearby . The bar on the rooftop is also amazing.Room is little small but facilities are all good. The restaurant food is also good . Good deal for money you pay

great hospitality, very central location, 3 mins to beer street and 10 mins to hoan kiem lake. lots of cafes and indian food restaurants nearby at walking distance. breakfast spread was just ok.

Our stay at Hotel La Siesta was truly memorable! The hotel is in a perfect location, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and major tourist attractions just a short walk away — making it very convenient for exploring the city. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. What made the experience even better was the exceptional service. A special thanks to Zung & Chile who were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. They made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Zung also gave us her local tips for best places to eat and visit not just here but also at Sapa which we were going to visit this was super useful for us. Highly recommend this hotel for its unbeatable location and warm, welcoming staff. We’d definitely love to stay here again!

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is right in the middle of old quarters. Further the rooms are spacious neat and clean. And the staff is too responsive and caring. As we are vegetarian, the food options in the buffet breakfast menu were very limited.

The property is extremely well situated in the heart of Hanoi Old Quarter. The Lake, Night Market, Train Street etc. all are close to the hotel and within easy walking distance. The room we stayed in was very nice ( Family 2-bedroom). Breakfast was tasty and they tried to accommodate our Vegetarian dietary needs. Amenities etc. were nice and the staff helpful.

The staff was excellent but the hotel was average to say the least. Not the kind of 5 star places we’re used to staying at.

Location is ideal for experiencing various cuisines, shopping, and close to the lake (10 mins walk. Foremost, the staff at la siesta were outstanding - from the front desk to restaurant to housekeeping. Everywhere, we were met with smiles! rooms were excellent! we stayed 3 nights. After the first night, we got an upgrade to, perhaps, the best room in the hotel. Thankyou thanh, thankyou tu!

A cute little hotel, right in the old quarter. Had everything we expected. We had the dinner in the restaurant, the food was awesome, we are vegetarian and loved their vietnamese veg dishes. The breakfast spread was great too

Very pleasant and smooth check in experience. Our flight landed early, so they even helped us with an early check-in. Very welcoming and approachable staff. Would highly recommend this place to stay in hanoi.

We went there but the gates of property were locked we waited rang the bell try to contact but there was no answer at all those are frauds took our money but did not provided the services at last we had to left the place and book another property

The location of the hotel is fantastic in old quarter, lot of activities around the hotel. The service quality was exemplary. All the staff members were so helpful and always ready to offer any sort of assistance with lots of smile. Special Mention about Ha and Quynh Anh… they were just amazing. They took great care of my old parents, they made all arrangements on the last day of our stay in Hanoi with regards to airport drop. All in all, a great hotel to stay. If you are in Hanoi.. this is the hotel to look for.. cheers to the entire team of La Siesta…

Excellent hospitality, polite well trained staff. Great food. Location is very good. The rooftop lounge bar is an amazing experience.
