The property is confidently located, the old quarters are just some minutes away, very near to the lake. The staff are good and co-operative. The rooms are bit small. All the amenities are good. House keeping good. Food ok, not much in veg selection. Rest all was ok.

The best in Hanoi

Conifer was perhaps the best hotel at the price offered. The room quality was brilliant including washroom. Hotel staff was very helpful and made the stay in Hanoi very pleasing. They also helped me with my travel to Halong Bay, foreign exchange and telephone SIM card. Food quality was also brilliant.
