Nyma, is well located in korea town so lot of food joints, shopping is easily accessible. It is clean and well maintained property. However, i didn't get an intercom, coffee machine or even water to drink in my room so was a bit taken a back. At-least a phone line to coordinate with reception is needed. Adding these simple things will be nice for the property. Also, i would advise to tie-up with laundry service to be able to provide this facility to business travelers like me. Cheers

My experience at New York Manhattan Hotel

During my stay there on 10 March'20, only 1 lift was operational and because of this I always had to wait for more than 5 minutes for every time I had to use the lift. The people on the front desk were however friendly and helpful and this to a great extent made up for the inconvenience caused because of the lift.

It was super awesome to know that Penn Station is just couple of blocks walk and on one straight walk from Hotel. Rooms were neat and tidy. staff was very co-operative and humble. The rooftop lounge is an amazing place to chill post the entire day's travel with a view of Empire State. If you are in New York this is where you should stay.
