property is at prime location but terrible rooms,

Hotel was good. But one functioning lift for so many floors. Reaching own room and coming out via using the lift was a task in itself. Not good experience.

The room was average and also food was normal. Check in experience was poor as hotel was crowded and had to wait longer. Besides, water coupons had to be asked twice.

First of all, the stay was absolutely wonderful. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure all my needs were met from the moment I arrived until the time I checked out. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a long day exploring the city. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, you'll find everything you need just a short walk away. As for the facilities, they were top-notch. The fitness center was well-equipped and clean, providing a great space to keep up with my workout routine. I also appreciated the business center, which made it easy to take care of any work-related tasks during my stay. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at the Sheraton New Times Square and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The entire public areas of the hotel was under renovation. Rooms had a stench and extreamly dated.Staff at the reception desk were not trained for luxury hotel. They were rude and almost said that we were lucky that the hotel was under renovation.

We were not told that the hotel is being renovated. Guest elevators were closed. All guests were supposed to use service elevators which are meant for housekeeping and maintenance guys

The stay was very comfortable, loved the ambience and the new lobby. Food was great as well at the Library. The room was well kept with amenities and always clean. The staff was very helpful across the departments.

I have paid for 3 days stay in advance. But they are deduct 38$/per day from security deposit without my knowledge and balance amount also yet to create. The hospitality also worst . Very worst experience in my life

Worst experience on check in as well as check out, which took 2hours and money is still with them! biased to indian people with behaviour and service

The hotel needs some renovation. However what must be done immediately is first to teach the reception counter how to respect the customer, how to manage them and how to deal with. I met multiple receptionist for multiple reason and non of them were helpful. What is really surprised is the cleaning ! the worst housekeeping i have ever seen. Dust all over the tables and drawers and they never clean. Over all will never stay again

Short trip in transit, great location, friendly check in staff

The property location is fantastic. Right in time square area. The restaurant is a starbucks till 3pm and then a restaurant later in the day which is also very convenient. Room service is great and very responsive. Room size is pretty decent for the price.

Stayed 7 Nights At the outset, I want to acknowledge from the front desk. She truly went above and beyond, listening to my concerns and taking the initiative to make me feel comfortable and valued. 1. Unfortunately, I wasn’t informed of the $30 daily credit until the final days of my 8-day, 7-night stay. This led to unnecessary out-of-pocket expenses that could have been avoided had I known earlier. Nichole, on my last day, was the only one who mentioned it, and as a gesture of goodwill, she added an extra $30 credit. I appreciated her accountability and empathy, but I still had to explain and justify using the credit during checkout, which left a bit of a sour note. 2. Upon check-in, I was not offered the two complimentary bottles of water, which I later had to ask for. 3. It’s surprising that Sheraton only offers two small 250ml bottles of water once for the entire stay, not replenishing them daily. Additionally, there are no water refilling stations available. When I brought this up, the staff rather curtly reminded me of the "rules" and were quite stern about sticking to the two-bottle policy. I don’t mind paying $6 per bottle at the hotel shop, but coming from India, I view these kinds of expenses a bit more carefully. Overall, after 8 days at the Sheraton, the customer experience felt more like staying in a strict camp than a warm, welcoming hotel. While I hope my background or nationality didn’t play a part in how this situation unfolded, I can’t help but wonder. Welcome to India, Sheraton – I would treat you better.

A week with family. Very good location right next to time square. Well maintained and good housekeeping.

It was a good property, located near times square so the accessibility is good. However as compared to sheraton properties in india i would rate this as a 3 star hotel in india. They keep plastic glasses in the room, staff could be more courteous and helpful. Thank you

In close vicinity of times square. Ideal location. Good rooms and best elevator facility. Size of room good.

There was zero cleaning during my 8-day stay. The floor was never vacuumed, and spider webs were visible in the rooms. The room conditions were terrible, and it was clear that the staff disliked their jobs.

Fantastic experience. Beautiful pleasant property, great staff, yumlicious food. Excellent room. Mr garcia checked me in and immediately made me feel so welcome!

Hopeless service, no hot water kettle, dirty carpet, extremely high beds not fit to climb. Plastic mugs in room, overpriced,

The rooms were good and maintained. Only pry is some hidden charges other then mentioned in booking. They keep security money and take long time to refund. Which is a large amount.
