Apart from the location nothing about this run down property is worth writing. Special mention about the guy at the check in desk Edricks who doesn't know how to behave and in fact thinks that he's above the management team. The apartment I stayed in badly needs renovation and maintenance. The bathroom was so slippery that I fell down and injured myself after a shower.

Dear MakeMyTrip Team, I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding a recent hotel booking I made through your platform for my stay in Dubai. Upon checking into the hotel, I was shocked to find that the condition of the room was far below acceptable standards. The room was stinking and unhygienic, and the overall environment of the hotel was completely different from what was shown in the pictures and videos on your app. It was a very unpleasant experience and certainly not what I expected from a reputed platform like MakeMyTrip. Due to the poor condition and misrepresentation, I had no choice but to check out within an hour or two of checking in. I had to make alternative arrangements at the last minute, which caused me considerable inconvenience and additional expense. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied, and I sincerely request you to look into this matter and initiate a full refund for the booking at the earliest. Hospitality and service was good and food is really great but the hotel is really old and outdated. It’s under maintenance for over 5-6 months now. The gym and 2 restaurants are being renovated. The executive lounge 14th floor was not operational as it was under maintenance. Buffet breakfast is served in pergolas which is really cramped, seating is limited. We had booked the swiss executive room with lounge access and the room is really old. Heard from other guests that all rooms are old and need maintenance. Our room safe didn’t work even after the staff tried for 6 days. The washbasin and bathtub gave us problems throughout our stay.

I had booked hotel in dubai swissotel al murooj from 14 october to 17 october 2024 2 rooms two bedroom apartment was booked by mistake. We required only 1 room two bedroom apartment. For cancel-ling 1 room i spoke to the hotel, they said cancellation of 1 room can only be done, it is usually received once stay of guests is complete. I requested the hotel to please do the needful this will facilitate save lot of money. I spoke to many persons well in time so that it could be canceled but nobody responded to my requests. Now my trip is over and i don’t know weather i will get the refund or not.

I didn’t even checked in because i missed my flight but my another guest left the property after waiting for 5 hours on 24th of september, i raised a complaint at that instance immediately but no one took any action i am going to leave makemytrip for this terrible experience and would rate a 0 star for all the inconvenience caused and my money got wasted.

The rooms were good, staff helpful.. The Swissotel Al Murooj was stingy and did not provide toiletries. The coffee capsules were probably home made and very bad . Breakfast buffet was good

it was nice well clean room,nice breakfast. cosy room for family stay. We stayed for 3 nights, Swissotel Al Murooj was very accommodating, with luggage storage as well.
