Room sizes are huge and spacious but service is horrible. If you call them for anything, it is never done at one call..At least takes 1 hr for the room service to revert. Moreover they won't wash utensils or even have decent utensils in the room. If you are on a work trip dont choose this place else you'll be busy washing utensils instead of work. They dont even have a restaurant inside and have tie up with Ramada which is not far but even if you are 10 mins late for the breakfast, Ramadan simply won't give you food. It was a comfortable stay, easy to communte, clean environment. Nice Staff polite behaviour and excellent amenities

Make my trip asked us to choose room size which was a total scam, we paid for the bigger room, but upon reaching the hotel we found out all sizes are same. We paid so much more for the same room. If we would havw opted for a small room we’d pay less and get the same. Very disappointed! Such a big platform, this is a total scam. We need compensation

Star metro stay was pretty decent. Good room service, good amenities, excellent location. But despite the good, the one thing not ignorable was bed bugs. They made our stay difficult. And the fridge, it was loaded with ice, which caused trouble. We were also repeatedly troubled and forced to give our room to clean, paying the price we paid, we thought room cleaning should have been available whenever we wanted.

Location is super great. Cleanliness is not good, as i found and killed 2 coacroches. Cockroaches. Maintenance is not good at all, as all over my stay kept asking to maintain my tv channels and bath tube, and nobody answered. The spoon, dishes, cooks, forks and knives are dirty and still had fat from the previous guest usage.

Staff are friendly and helpful esp the house keeping. The one that a bit of a let down is the tv. Though they have 8 available channels, but mostly arabic ones and i am not an arab or arabic speaker (touche. I noticed too that it was just a smart ready one but not entirely a smart tv per so. But when i brought it up to the reception staff, the engineering team fix it and at-least installed youtube on it so i could have some sort of entertainment which is good! the location is pretty central, very near to metro, easy access to taxi and surrounded by various supermarkets, pharmacies and even clinics. So that is a plus. Overall i would rate them 4. 3 out of 5. Thanks

Star deira is located just opposite to salahuldin metro station which was so convenient to travel around easily. Many indian restaurants lo-acted around. Very reasonable prices of food. A very famous nest o super market is present just opposite to it in the reef mall. Only downside is that we got twin beds instead of king size bed and no help from the hotel staff in this regard. Overall the rooms were spacious. No problem of disturbance from night clubs. Quiet rooms

The hotel was well situated and nearby a lot of restaurants and shopping centres. The property and rooms are clean and well kept. Room cleaning was done daily and the staff was very courteous and kind. They also have a beauty lounge downstairs where we got really great foot and head massage done. Definitely looking forward to staying here when i visit again.

Location is accessible by all public transport. The facility was in good condition. Only the guest relations were slow.

it's been almost 9 years frequent stays always here, the best when it comes to service, quality and the price, although there is nothing close to perfection this is the best option so far , cheers team👌👍✋

The location is excellent from tourist perspective with easy public transport availability including metro though metro is hugely crowded most of the time. The cleanliness is the major issue as cockroaches are rampant, which could not be eliminated despite regular complaints lodge. Fixture is very old and kitchen and bathroom areas are well below standard.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding my recent stay at your esteemed hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by a series of alarming incidents that compromised both my health and overall satisfaction. I submits that, upon arriving at the room assigned to me, I was dismayed to discover the presence of 𝘾𝙤𝙘𝙠𝙧𝙤𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙨 in both the bedroom and kitchen area. This was not only unsightly and distressing but also raised serious hygiene and cleanliness concerns. Despite my attempts to address the issue with your staff, the problem persisted throughout my stay. Regrettably, the consequences of this unsanitary environment became painfully evident when I suffered from a severe case of food poisoning after consuming a meal prepared in the kitchen. The subsequent illness caused significant discomfort and inconvenience, ultimately impacting the purpose of my visit. I submits that, upon arrival, I was shocked to discover that the room rate advertised online was only the tip of the iceberg. The hotel slapped on an array of additional charges, which were conveniently buried in the fine print and not disclosed upfront.This deceptive pricing practice left a sour taste in my mouth before I even stepped foot in the room. I submits that. that issues started right from check-in, where the staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. The room itself was subpar - outdated decor, uncomfortable beds, and a musty smell that lingered throughout. To add insult to injury, the staff's attitude towards guests was less than hospitable.Requests for assistance were met with indifference, and any complaints about the exorbitant fees fell on deaf ears. As a guest, I expect a certain standard of cleanliness and hygiene, which, unfortunately, was not met during my stay at your establishment. This experience has not only tarnished my impression of your hotel but also raised doubts about its commitment to customer satisfaction and well-being. In light of these unsettling events, I urge you to take immediate action to address the issues raised and implement stricter measures to ensure the cleanliness and safety of your premises. Additionally, I request a full refund for the expenses incurred during my stay, as well as compensation for the inconvenience and health risks I have endured. I am planning to complain to 𝘿𝙪𝙗𝙖𝙞 𝙈𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙥𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮 also about this matter. Sincerely, Rashed Ali Khan

The studio rooms are very spacious and the appliances provided are sufficient for extended stays as well.

The property location was good. Rooms are large. The property is old, so the rooms are also old. Apartment based with full kitchen amenities available.
