Room was amazing and room decor was up to standards only one thing i want to highlighted regarding shower blinds which is manual operated from outside which was not good in terms of privacy. Moreover staff are very polite specially hk staff are very professional and polite. Adding on - front office representative also very professional when he is dealing with guest.

We booked the room for 3 guests. Check in time was 3 pm. We reached there at 5. 30 pm. I already contacted them before reaching the hotel. At the hotel the receptionist ask me to wait for some time for arranging the extra bed. After 15 mins we got the room ready. In the room there was no door for bathroom. We informed them. Their reply was "there is no doors for bathroom. All rooms are typical. Even-though there are signs of hinges screwed to the wall, they are simply saying that this type of rooms having no bath door. We asked them to show other rooms to see bathroom doors available or not. They opened 2 rooms and bathroom doors are available. Even they don't know in their hotel bathroom doors are available or not. (nb: all rooms don't have bathroom lock. Please learn to sing songs while bathing if anyone other than you available in you room.

Reached at the property, the receptionist found the booking and was going ahead with the check in process, and suddenly the next moment he tells us that the booking is been canceled from their sales team. Had a very bad experience since travel-ling all the way to this hotel was not easy. Also when asked if we could check in offline directly by making another fresh booking. The receptionist came up with another excuse saying that there was no room availability. We didn’t stay at the hotel. There was no check in done at this place. Inf-act the booking was canceled
