Cleanliness was superb. Breakfast could have more variety, everyday it was almost the same. Room service and housekeeping was good. In house dining was also good, they had given complimentary hot milk for the baby as per demand. There should be spacious kids playing area, as it is mentioned in the website in the facilities section, but it was a very small room for the kids in realty, unlike other hotels.

It was a very pleasant experience staying at sheraton creek dubai. Rooms very clean and very well maintained. But the corridors had a cigarette smoke smell which made us uncomfortable though we chose non-smoking rooms. The buffet breakfast was good but everyday they almost had the same menu. This could have been better. Other than these 2 concerns everything was just amazing.

This hotel is amazing from all aspects. Spacious rooms overlooking the creek and skyscrapers of dubai including burj khalifa and dubai frame. Staffs are excellent in their services with great degree of flexibility. Simply they will make feel at home. Food is of great taste and chefs are eager to take your feedback. We just stayed 9 days, made the booking through mmt. Will love to stay here whenever we visit dubai.

Check in - we were shocked to know at checkin that we ate required to pay around aed 500 for the third adult. When we are booking for 4 people make my trip should have quoted for all the 4 people. This way i would have been able to do a proper comparison among-st hotels. This incident spoil t the mood. Make my trip and shreton should be transparent while giving room rates. The breakfast at hotel is average. The hotel has a nice view of the water body

This is apparently an old propoerty but has been maintained really well. All the amenities in the room were top notch. The rooms have a fantastic view of the canal giving the sighting of burj khalifa and the goldne frame. The staff is friendly and nice. However the food options are average for indians and the breakfast spread is very limited for vegetarians.

We stayed at hotel sheraton creek dubai from 18/12/23 to 24/12/23. It was wonderful experience. Very nice hotel with luxurious rooms. Staff was very courteous. All services were marvellous. We are pure vegetarian & enjoyed their vegetarian food.
