Amazing Property, staff was helpful, overall experience was good

Location- neighbourhood is decent but totally away from tourist attractions, no restaurants nearby. About the hotel: reception staff-extremely rude, they barely speak english and behave like they are doing you a favour by checking you in, during check out didn’t bother to send person to collect luggage and insisted we get it down, a person called erdogan was extremely rude. Room-we booked queen suite room - was not a quiet suite room by space, decor or aesthetic. Bed extremely small for 2 ppl, extra bed for child- again too small. Toilets in room- extremely ugly and of very poor taste, public washroom is better. Room cleaning - terrible, didn’t not clean room properly, on both days, didn’t even change basics, had to call twice to get it done. Breakfast in restaurant - bad-extremely poor menu, even fruits weren’t cut, nothing was served hot except the counter where they were preparing egg & waffle, which had a huge line & only one person was allocated to make both waffle and eggs, the staff who was taking and preparing order didn’t understand a word of english and only spoke turk, had to show translator which he couldn’t read, then finally had to show images which he understood to make sunny side up. It is shocking that the hotel decides to keep a chef at the counter to serve tourists from across countries & the staff doesn’t understand a works of english which is what most common language of address when you don’t know local language. Staff preparing order was rude to many customers and was visibly frustrated taking orders as it was only one person taking and preparing orders for many customers. Most of staff conversed only in turk and refused to speak any other language. Overall experience was really bad, attitude of staff terrible. This is not a holiday inn, local hotels are better.

No body moisturizer, no water bottle except 1st day. Certain things doesn't go with the reputation of holiday inn. No heater working.

The room was hot and when i asked the reception to reduce the temperature, they told me it cant be reduced any further as there is central air conditioner ( it just didn't make any sense. On further asking them whether there is any other means of reducing the temperature, they just gave me a bat-ant reply to open the windows.

it was good the only reason i dnt gave excellent was there charges for extra empty plates was 35tl other than that it was all good 👍

Room was quite good. But there is very less choices of food available for 100% vegetarian indians as well as we stayed in hotel for 5 days breakfast of all days are same.

Stay good but they didn’t provide drinking water and other things

Not many shop are in walking distance as for tourist who like to see and visit good shopping places. As a hotel. Standard ok hotel.

Rooms are very very small for the amount paid. No space to move around in the room. Everything is too compact. Not worth the price.

It’s good but need more to do the cleaning specially in the toilet and need good care for putting soap, toilet papers and changing the towels

It was very robotic, non-personal experience. I checked in & checked out without any kind of welcoming experience. I exactly don’t remember any interactions or moments for entire stay.

Over-all hotel is nice with good location and staff. Stayed there for 2 days and everything was perfect. The good point is metro station is right at the hotel gate.

Rooms are small and air conditioning does not work at all. Thankfully the weather was nice so we did not need air conditioner but if was hot i would have definitely checked out. Morning staff is polite but night staff is very rude. Food at the hotel is very basic so do not order room service

Location is very good. Food quality is good. Nearby hotel transportation very easy available.

Reception- not very cordial, breakfast - ok, rommsize - smaller. Asked for bathrobe, they denied. Even drinking water was hard to get free

Holiday Inn is situated bang on across a train station which makes commute super easy but being on road makes it too noisy to sleep comfortably cause of constant noise. Being a vegetarian I did not get much options and to my much dismay I was served beef so I ended up sticking to cup noodles and simit. It’s a beautiful city and safe for women.

Very compact and very very clean and hygienic. Metro is walking distance. Indian restaurants are great. The night market is also very nearby the staff is also very recommended
