The stay at Radison Blu was very bad, roomed weren't cleaned properly and staff wasn't helpful at all. There was no proper service provided of anything. Even the hotel couldn't provide extra plates and cutlery. A very bad experience overall. Not recommended for stay.

Recently stayed at this property and had originally booked 2 garden rooms and got an upgrade to a suite for one of the rooms which was nice. The front desk is good and the check-in and check out was efficient. Since our flight was delayed we were given a later check out in of the rooms which were also helpful. The facilities at the Hotel seem ok. However, it was the breakfast that was a complete let down we were advised that they were out of onions and tomatoes by 8 AM on a fairly light day and the spread was not appealing. There seemed to be no service we did ask for a couple of coffees and were essentially pointed to the machine to help ourselves. There are many more wonderful and hospitable options in Istanbul with easier access.

Except the location of the property everything is best from staff to ambience to everything they upgraded my room in whixh i was staying already and i booked for one more day at best price and they kept me in same higher room spa sauna gym ufffff its too die for love it
