The property is good, value for money, the pool is big and nice. Rooms are clean, mattresses are a lil hard, and the washroom commode doesn't have a jet or hand faucet making it a lil difficult to use for asian people. Otherwise the stay was comfortable

The common areas could be better, as there are no fans or AC, and it is quite difficult to wait in the areas. The room was great for the price. The breakfast is okay but repetitive. Disadvantages : Laundry is so expensive than outside. better to put laundry from outside. Outside is cheap. Nice location with very courteous and polite staff. The Chanalai Hillside Resort Karon Beach Phuket is very child friendly with great swimming pool. Great location as 5 min walking distance to the beach and market.
