Staff was highly impolite & hospitality was very poor, Hotel is segregated into many buildings. For get warm milk for toddler, they outrightly refused to send anyone in room, i have to go all the way to restaurants to get milk warm for my crying baby, this is only one of many instances of rude staff behaviour

Staff r not helpful. They r giving a good view Room to European and worst view room given to Asian I would not suggest. Everytime there is some construction work goes on.

Amazing. The property was par beyond excellent with memorable stay. The location is very close to the beach, variety of restaurants, Malls and what not. The hotel staffs from the security person to the front office staffs are super supportive and welcoming. If you wish to make your trip a memorable one then I suggest you to Patong Resort.

The property is under renovation but while booking this was not mentioned, they transferred our stay to small area like hospital rooms, i have been stayed here earlier that time it was and amazing experience but this time not good.
