It was a terrible hotel .... I book room for 2 people but they charged 500 Baht for 2nd guest .... The behaviour of the staff was very rude

Room was not good, looks like a cheap hostel, tea coffee station was there but no use. If you are lucky you will get a good shower. Shower head was broken. Front office manager behavior was terrible.

Overall experience was pleasant. The hotel staff was very accommodating and helpful, especially the luggage attendant who allowed us to store our bags for a short period after check-out. This small gesture made our travel much more convenient and is worth mentioning.

Hotel reception staff not cooperative not proper response to make my trip we take room pool view but they give us room on ground floor and no pool view if it is given on 1 st, 2 nd, 3 rd, 4 th floor its ok to pool view. No pool view from ground floor.
