Royal Rattanakosin Hotel

The hotel is located in the prime location. one negative point is they took as deposit which they refunded on check out. when we check in the room we got was not cleaned properly and we had to changed the room again. The bell boy did not even help us with our luggage even when he could see that we are struggling carrying the luggage The hotel was located in the heart of the city. When we reached the hotel the room were dirty so we had to request for another one. The bell boy did not even help us with our luggage

The hotel is 5 min walk to khaosan road . on Arrival , the staff was super rude. especially i feel if you are an Indian , they are rude. I had done a re scheduling of my existing booking with the hotel through MMT. On my arrival at the hotel , the staff denied getting any update from MMT . I was waiting I the hotel for 2 hrs. Though this was a problem with MMT and the Hotel on booking part. The staff was super rude when it came down to managing the guest. The breakfast is avg. I personally wont recommend this place

Good and best place to stay for Indians.The hotel is at the centre of city...quite place.Kid safe hotel.

The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and transport. The room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities were well-maintained. The staff were polite and helpful, always ready to answer questions or assist when needed. The breakfast had a decent variety, though it could have included a few more options. Wi-Fi worked fine for regular use, and housekeeping did a good job during my stay. Overall, it’s a good place for both short and longer stays. While there’s room for small improvements, it offers good value for the price.

It must be great hotel in old days but need a revamp. Hotel is good for a night stay. Palace, Reclining Buddha and Indian restaurants are at walkable distance.

Royal rattinakosin food was average..nd hospitality was very bad .. facilities is ok..and location is good coz it's easy to access the cab .

The property is very good, with a remarkable history of itself. The location is central to the busy Sukhumvit,the fashion malls, the Architectural wonders, and not to forget the food joints. Very close to the Grand Palace, Riverside and KhaoSan. I did not get a chance to dine at the property though. The staff is very hospitable. An anyday recommendation.

Extremely rude staff and receptionist. They are a complete ripoff. Don't even provide free water with the room. Smallest of things are chargeable. not recommended at all

terrible place.. all the staff loud and always ready to fight.. security guard loud.. reception guy and lady rude to the core.. hotel is more older than 1000 yrs !! lifts smelly.. floor smelly..room smelly !! no room service..never have they picked up a single call !! but yes once the checkout time they immediately call you and thereten to take 500THB if we don't vacate in 5 mins.. no cleaning staff after 4pm.. saddest part and experience of Thailand.. worst breakfast!! unhappiest staff of Thailand work here.. rudeness from checkin to buffet to cleaners till exit.. we felt so good after checking out and actually felt civilized and bood to be away from those uncultured people and pathetic looking hotel with no professional staff.. worst food and worst place to be in Bangkok..stay away the place is worst than shit

Hotel is good but you will not find any super market or any other shops nearby..secondly the staff behaviour is not good may be due to ethnicity.

location is excellent if you want to visit palace and around area. hotel is poorly manage. clean and big rooms. but don't expect prompt service.

it's an old hotel with shady surroundings but very helpful staff (they helped break our luggage lock and facilities to weigh luggage etc). very well located near Khao san and some beautiful wats. extremely great value for money

The hotel is conveniently located and easy to find, with clean and well-maintained rooms at an affordable price. While the bathtub size may not be ideal for adults, the overall service is commendable. Though i didn’t try the food, the experience was pleasant and satisfactory.

it is a very decent property at a reasonable price. great location, you have khaosan road, chinatown, grand palace, couple of temples and iconsiam mall nearby. rooms are big and spacious.

Rooms were pathetic with bad smell and bed bugs. No maintenance at all and no resolution from mm t on compliant raised.

The room service was good but the experience can be made a bit better by getting a few fluorescent light rather than the yellow ones for the ceiling light in the room

Property location is excellent near to khaosan road. food was not suitable for Indians. but I got many good Indian restaurants at walking distance of 2min. at khaosan road. i also find amenities and services are best in industry. I think it's best ever experience in Bangkok with Royal Rattanakosin Hotel. Thank you MMT
