The accommodation and facilities were good for a 2 day stay and very close to Zurich HB station Only thing was office was not open and check-in was delayed

rude or non-existent staff. for late check in there is no one available. only option is to make an international roaming call to someone who doesn't understand English. for checkout they sneer at you for asking for 30 minutes late checkout and the mock in a racist way. i have had better stats at hostels and dharanshalas
