The hotel was quite comfy and the connectivity to trams and buses is much better compared to others I've stayed in. I have been promised a bathtub in the room but there was none. I have done quite a few bookings from MMT and as far as I am aware the Tourist Tax is included in the total price you pay. This hotel specifically charged me Tourist Tax separately. Overall the Hotel and it's location is good but be ready to shed out more than what is already paid upon arrival and be ready to let go off few amenities.

They don’t have a proper account of city tax deposits, I did it on my day of check in was asked to do again on check out due to their mistake, I had to take out my card statement to prove it and wasted my time. 2. ⁠This property isn’t worth its price and reception staff doesn’t bother to your requests. 3. ⁠Intercom doesn’t work. 4. ⁠No response from house keeping Overall not a good experience with this property and won’t recommend it to anyone else

They charge high on room bookings but they are unable to provide basics like water, they charge even for drinking water. Increase the tariff by few bucks but provide drinking water to the fulfilment of your guests, if you consider them to be your guest.

Much bigger/spacious than most at city centre or old town. If you are planing to stay away from city centre, this is good value for money option. In house bar, reasturant, pool, gym etc are a bonus.

Near to tram stop. Location is good. Breakfast was very good and had lot of variety. Rooms are spacious and clean all in all i was satisfied with my stay
