I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Mi Bencoolen. It is truly one of the best hotels I’ve experienced. The hospitality was warm and professional, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a good variety to start the day right. The location is excellent – just a short walk to MRT stations, making it very convenient to explore Singapore. The rooms, though compact, were clean, modern, and well-maintained with all the necessary amenities. The staff were always helpful, polite, and quick to respond to any requests. Overall, Hotel Mi Bencoolen offers great value for money with a perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and service. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Singapore and would be happy to stay here again.

The location was perfect..right next to the MRT bus stop and metro station..we stayed in a triple occupancy room with one queen size bed and another single bed..a decent size bathroom..so unlike the other hotel rooms, this one was sufficiently spacious..this property also has a swimming pool and a gym..so a good stay overall..

Hotel is centrally located with mart next door and hence making travel within singapore quite easy. But on the flip side rooms are extremely small. May consider if you are just going to be sleeping and are not expecting any property amenities. Additionally, i was given room facing back street and it was extremely difficult to sleep with loud music from bars till wee hours in morning. I also had problem with cooling in room and after multiple requests also the hotel could not do anything about it.

Pathetic room, no exhaust in washroom. Pathetic service. In order to justify the staff shortage, they came up with a new statement. “we are going green and hence we will clean the room once in two days”. This is pathetic, staff was rude and i had to request daily to clean else they wont. Hotel lacks basic amenities. Room can only fit 1 queen size bed and boom then you cant open one suitcase. On top of it, they offer same breakfast daily. We were booked for 6 nights and had the same breakfast daily as had no other option.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Mi Bencoolen. It is truly one of the best Hotel Mi Bencoolens I’ve experienced. The hospitality was warm and professional, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a good variety to start the day right. The location is excellent – just a short walk to MRT stations, making it very convenient to explore Singapore. The rooms, though compact, were clean, modern, and well-maintained with all the necessary amenities. The staff were always helpful, polite, and quick to respond to any requests. Overall, Hotel Mi Bencoolen offers great value for money with a perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and service. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Singapore and would be happy to stay here again.

The location was perfect..right next to the MRT bus stop and metro station..we stayed in a triple occupancy room with one queen size bed and another single bed..a decent size bathroom..so unlike the other Hotel Mi Bencoolen rooms, this one was sufficiently spacious..this property also has a swimming pool and a gym..so a good stay overall..
