We had a pleasant stay! The property was clean and comfortable, *though the room size was quite small and the lobby often crowded*. The location was excellent, *the food was average*, and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout.

The breakfast was ok I can rate 7 out 10 as it have serious hygiene issues. Location wise it is very well placed 10 out of 10 But room cleaning was a serious concern . We had stuck for the lift in 15 floor for close to one hour as no lift was working .

Best location, clean rooms and toilets, good view, great experience with hotel boss. However when one books it for long stay kindly change bed linens every day rather than alternate days

The property is centrally located close to Lavender bus stop and MRT and Bugis MRT. One can easily walk down to Arab Street, Mustafa Center, Bugis, Little India. There are plenty of eating options closeby. The breakfast option at the hotel is pretty average. The hotel is neat and clean and the staff is very prompt in their response to any requests. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would definitely recommend the place !

Very good hotel reception staff, good location, great views and value for money. Swimming pool was on the 4th floor, very well maintained. Had a good time at the pool. gym was ok. location was close to little india and MRT so travelling was easy for me.

Terrible experience. Worst property, worst behaviour of staffs, Room is too small, only 1 person can go inside at a time. Only location is good. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.

Hotel location is perfect and it is right behind the boss station and few minutes away to MRT. Our only issue is with the room size. They are very small and you must be ready for that. Rest everything is very good.

Our stay at the hotel was pleasant overall, though it fell slightly short of expectations. The room was comfortable but very small, and while housekeeping came daily, the cleaning quality was poor — surfaces and bathrooms weren’t properly cleaned, and used mugs weren’t replaced despite reminders. Noise from neighbouring rooms was quite high due to lack of soundproofing. Bed comfort, linen quality, and amenities like TV, AC, Wi-Fi, and water pressure were good. Breakfast options were limited and repetitive, though service at the buffet was efficient and staff were courteous. The pool was nice, but the play area and ironing facilities need improvement; washing services felt overpriced. The location was excellent — central, safe, and easily accessible. Pricing seemed high for the room size and service quality, though billing was transparent. We appreciated the early check-in, higher floor, and presence of a jet spray in the bathroom. However, cleanliness and food variety need significant improvement (we even spotted a small cockroach). Overall, it was a decent stay, but we’d like to try other hotels next time.

The hotel is in the prime location with reachable distance to major city attractions like Marina Bay, Gardens by the bay, Bugis junction, Little India etc. View from the window was really good. Room size is small and there is no cub-board or walking or sitting space. You can’t enjoy staying in the room for a longer, go sleep and get out. Food is very average.

Excellent location. Comfortable room, bed. Awesome view from room. Early check in provided. Access to lifts also well controlled with room card. Hot water, ac rooms, mini refrigerator, safe locker provided. Perfect stay!

Great location, just 5 minutes from Lavender MRT station. Rooms were clean and neat, please note that rooms are preety small but that's with all the Hotel Boss Singapores in singapore. Breakfast menu is waste but limited veg options.
