Lot to improve
soloFirstly, the reception hours are very less, which makes was very confused. I asked for a trouble i didn’t get a towel and also the front door lock is not proper.

Facilities are clean, the space is well-structure, cool enough but a too small space for the middle person because the bed is too short
Disservice of the agency to clients
The services at the facility is good but your agency is cruelly bad and doing huge disservice to your clients. How do you start calculating a booking for a client who has not reported knowing very well i booked all the way from ghana which took me three days to reach the facility? aside, you don't respond to my messages both on whatsapp and mail though you consistently kept sending me messages via the same medium. The contact numbers you provided were also not going through. You made me stranded here i was told i am entitled to only 4 days here instead of the 7 days i paid for. I tried all i could to change the date of booking the same day i did the booking but i could not.
Not satisfied not worth my money bed's is not clinlenes daily not cleaning
