We were 5 adults booked two rooms, rooms aren’t spacious as it’s shown here, poor service, food was pathetic, initially ac, tv was not working even water drainage was poor. House keeping services were horrible, didn’t clean properly, for refilling tea and milk also, you have to call like ten times, i won’t recommend this property

After check-in we were taken to what looked like a spacious room on the top floor. The sink was filling up and not draining with dirty smelling drain water flowing back and flooding the bathroom floor. We were given a new room but in kuti resort 2 across the road which was a small under construction property. Breakfast was basic with select items being offered to you. Staff was untrained

We have booked 2 rooms for 2 nights for a family. Surprisingly, one of us got upgraded to a suite, which is the best. The staff was very courteous. Hotel is well maintained except for some repairs in the lobby. Close to the Phewa Lake and street food.
