Perfect place to unwind at Pokhra. The cleanest and most unhindered view of the entire Annapurna range from your bed itself. Food was great and very warmly hosted by each and every one of the staffs. Great location away from the city buzz enroute Sarangkot. Definitely be their guest once you reach Pokhra and enjoy the mountains unfiltered. 10 rooms in each floor, prefer to get 1- 5 for best views from rooms.

I had a fantastic experience at Himalayan Front Hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay, always ready to assist with a smile. Had some issue with the staff not behaving properly with my driver but was quickly resolved when spoke to the operational manager. He personally took care of everything. The property was spotless, clearly well-maintained, and gave off a very welcoming vibe. Breakfast buffet and meals where fresh cooked and delicious. We booked two deluxe cottage which were spacious. I personally recommend if you are with kids or family. It too have breathtaking mountain views from window and from balcony you can have jungle view. One of the highlights was the swimming pool – clean, well-kept, and perfect for relaxing. And the mountain view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking! Waking up to that scenery every morning was a real... Will definitely come back with my friends from France. Truely Recommend this property...

Absolutely amazing place, ambience .. probably the best in entire pokhra but pathetic food .. worst I have ever had and being into hospitality industry , they are not open for feedback nor do they do if you complain for food .

Our stay at The Himalayan Front hotel was very comfortable and satisfying. The best part was to experience the amazing ranges with the glorious sunrise, right from the comfort of our bed. The rooftop view of the sunrise is truly mesmerizing. The rooms were comfortable, the hotel staff were very helpful as well. 24 hours hot water in the bathrooms, made our stay very comfortable. The morning breakfast spread was awesome and had lots of variety each day. You can also get recommendations and bookings for any activity or excursions when in Pokhara. The lakeside city centre is also not very far away although having a personal vehicle is advisable. A great hotel experience. If back in Pokhara again, I will definitely choose this hotel for stay.

Same time we have informed to you since the booking from online for this hotel weather you stay or not it will be charged in this property as per the accepted booking condition by your end. You was not happy since you arrived here but what is the procedures we need to complete at our end. While you were having the meal at restaurant we have not heard any comments from you and no food was left in the plate. If the food was not in your test then we could assist you at that time. We have the guest who has different preference in location and environment .This is resort types property where we can have quite and breezing atmosphere. Worst hotel experience

Terrible experience with the hotel. Not worth the money you spent on the booking. We booked 2 rooms from 14th to 16th june. In one of the room ac was not working and despite our regular complaint no action was taken. The internet com was not working and we had to go 2-3 times to the reception to make a complaint. All 3 provided numbers were not picked by the hotel staff After that mail they changed our rooms but that was of no use. The ac position was still the same and in the last they provided us with a table fan in one of the rooms, saying it will start cooling in 2-3 hours. When we asked another fan in the second room, they said only 1 fan is available in the hotel. the manager provided the fan in another room also. The bathtubs provided in the rooms are also not functioning properly. The location of the hotel is far from the city and you can't go anywhere once you reach the hotel or they charge you a hefty sum of money for the transportation. Very limited opinions for the jain vegetarian and not worth the money. So you may get the property at cheap room rent but in actuality you pay a hefty amount of money in transportation and fooding. Also the service provided by the restaurant staff is very terrible. I need to remind them 2-3 times for the order or other things.

Regards to the AC, since you have taken 2 rooms next to each others and there was maximum moments for opening the doors so the cooling was not able to preserve in the room. It was informed the same at that time and the stand fan was provided to you. You was upgraded to 2 label up then the booking category as complimentary. Beside others it was been ask for any assistance or discomfort and told that no other matters. While the servers are taking the orders they are repeating the orders to avoid confusion. The hotel is designed as resort facilities to enjoy the nature and views which can not find in the city. We are taking your feedback in positive way and will mark if there is any opportunity to do even better. Thanks.

Had a nice and comfortable stay at the hotel. Rooms were well ventilated and had great view. Only negative point is the food. You have to wait one hour after ordering dinner and the food was also not up to the mark. Secondly, the restaurant closes at 10 so you cant order anything late bight.

That’s nice property but during my stay no internet was working it’s automatic disconnect after 1/2 minutes the unique purpose to choose this property is to see the high range of himalaya but due to fog it’s not visible also

Good ambience, but no support after 7 pm. Cable only for nepali channel, hotel does not give food after 930pm. Does not help for taxi pick up. Difficult to find hotel. Too busy tohelp with luxury bus booking

The rooms are spacious, hospitality is good. The property is small, hence, you end up spending all your time in the room when at the property. You can watch the annapurna range during specific months, so if you are booking it for the view, do confirm the weather in advance.

Excellent ambience but we feel that the breakfast menu could be better. It should include something rice based indian recipes as the glutence allergy is very very common these days. Also, bandey items may be reduced.
