We stayed at hotel hong. & the receptionist may is courteous and helpful. Problem with property owner instructions. Dec 30 was our checkout. Since we reached the hotel late, our valuables were thrown out of room at the corridor without any information even-though no guests arrived at room. With our previous stays in different hotels our valuables were safe and if checkout time exceeds additional 10 my r per hour were paid by us. Even if it is 20 myr per hour, we are ready to pay. But our valuables we kept out of our room by hotel staffs as instructed by hotel owner and bcoz of that we lost few of our valuables worth 200 myr. We feel so bad and the property owner is responsible for our loss. They are answerable. If they would have waited for our arrival without throwing our stuff out. Our valuables would have been safe in the room. We are ready to pay addition 20 to 30 my r for our late checkout but what had happened to us is not fair and professionally wrong. I request the property owner to either find our valuables been lost or taken by anybody outside or to return money my r 200 back. Thank u.
