Some courtesy is missing. I know the check in time is 3 PM they did not entertain us till 3PM while I was sitting in the area from 1:30PM. I had to ask them for check in at 2:40PM when they let me check in after all sorts of form filling.. rooms were available on the floor. They believed in No means No. Breakfast was awful for any Indian vegetarian even when we were pre-informed at the reception.

sir / madam we booked hotel at melaka , imperial heritage hotel. our experience was so worst. 1) basin in toilet was blocked. after reporting they tried to repair, but not able to do that. they broke the waste pipe. everything was in mess. 2) hand shower was not working. 3) there was no window in the room. there was a total mess. at that time i complained . but no action has been taken. i want full refund. please refund my money

Our stay was really great. The staff are very friendly and helpful. This hotel is located right in the middle of Georgetown, when we wanted to take a walk and reach the historic lanes, museums and the esplanade area it was right about 5-15 mins within walking range. At the same time it was just 10 minutes away from Komtar and Chowrasta area as well. The only downside if I have to be too critical is the lack of an intercom in the room.

Location: Located near to heritage /tourist sites is a plus point. Jonker street walking distance, cruise point walking distance. Variety of eating options just across the road. Even there is 24 hrs McDonalds across road Room: Room is spacious . But ventilation is a huge issue Bathroom: Foul smell through out though it was clean still Food: Yoou cannot ask for more varieties than this . You cannot eat everything in just one day of stay :). Wifi:. Staff: Alright but what is the use if they can't solve the problem. Like WiFi and bathroom smell.
