Location is good but the rooms are not what they are showing coming to facilities also not providing water bottles moisturizer

Unprofessional Staff, Surprise Charges, Poor Maintenance & Underwhelming Breakfast – Not Worth the Stay While the property looked promising at first, our overall experience was deeply disappointing, especially towards the end of our stay. At checkout, we were unexpectedly charged 65 ringgit for a small stain on the bedsheet—something that was clearly washable and minor, not deserving of such a heavy fine. To make it worse, this charge was only brought up after we had checked out, giving us no opportunity to verify or discuss it. The whole process felt shady and completely unprofessional. On top of that, the receptionist was extremely rude and dismissive, showing no basic courtesy or respect while we tried to seek clarification. This level of arrogance and lack of communication is simply not acceptable in the hospitality industry. There were also maintenance issues in the room, most notably the bathroom sink, which was broken and kept clogging repeatedly during our stay. It made using the space unhygienic and uncomfortable—something you'd never expect from a paid hotel room. To top it all off, the breakfast spread was extremely limited and underwhelming. There were barely any options, and the quality of food did not match the standard the property tries to project. What could have been a pleasant trip was completely overshadowed by poor service, bad communication, and lack of basic standards. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously. Until then, I would not recommend this place to anyone expecting professionalism, cleanliness, or value for money.

Location - 5 star as it’s a beach facing property. But architecture planing wise, they could have done better, as the beach front is absolutely silent and hence not much vibe there. The adjacent property - Holiday Villa is 10x better. Food - Unlike most other places we tried, Food here was good is taste, though lacked variety. So I would say 4 stars for Food. All is all a good property for a peaceful stay.

Not up to the mark. The property is poorly managed. Not recommended to stay. Whereas just near holiday resort is half the price and much better

Hi. I was not satisfied with the stay. I got a snake i my room lobby that was connected to the pool. Although they took out the snake. Still i was afraid to use that room. I had planned to upgrade to the premier beach villa but due to the safety issues i stayed in my old room only and the resort did not help me refund the difference of rs 2000. It's a request to kindly process the refund of rs 2000.

Avg place as far as value is concerned. Holiday villa next door is half the price and twice as good.

Decent place, with a great beach, great location, great pool. food service. Not hospitable in general

Helped with early check-in. The staff are very courteous. More options can be added to the breakfast menu. Room dining closes at 10pm. Post that may have to order from outside. Overall a very good stay. Private pool was very nice. Sea salts also provided.

We visited Langkawi as a part of our anniversary-trip. I booked with Camar resort after being mighty impressed with its online reviews. Fair enough to say that it exceeded our expectations! The resort has the perfect mix of natural scenic beauty and luxurious amenities. The staff is hospitable and courteous, the food is great and rooms are spacious and incredibly comfortable. The resort has a private beach, and its own beach and pool bars. The swimming pool has a humongous area, and is utterly relaxing. The resort also provides spa services from 3rd party (which we availed), and runs to-and-fro shuttle to Cenang beach 3 times a day. Loved the stay, and would definitely recommend the place to everyone visiting Langkawi!

Location is excellent, breakfast is good.

Property is having very good valley view and it is walkable to Mall road.

We stayed for two nights during our honeymoon and staff made sure that we had comfortable stay they their own Beach which is really amazing

We stayed for 5 nights and they were lovely. We had a beach view room and it was literally few steps away from the beach. The room was spacious and clean. It has all amenities including a bath tub. The pool of the resort is not only the longest but it is well maintained as well. The gym is also quite good. The beach is never crowded and is super relaxing. There are sunbeds available for the guests. The staff is very helpful and friendly. It was a memorable stay, we highly recommend the resort.

Excellent location next to the Beach. The staffs were so kind and helpful. The swimming pool and the swim up bar facilities were wonderful. The mini fridge re-fill, I loved it. The breakfast was of simple spread but quality was good enough. The Beach bar staff was so kind. Thank you guys and See you soon)

Amazing experience overall. The hotel is neat and clean, staff is very courteous and polite. Personal Beach makes it more relaxing place to have a stay at.
