I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Bella Vista Waterfall Resort booked through MakeMyTrip. The experience was extremely disappointing due to multiple issues that were not resolved, despite repeated complaints: Non-Functional AC: The air conditioning in the room was not working. We raised the issue twice, but no technician ever came to fix it. This made our stay extremely uncomfortable. Lack of Support from MMT: Despite raising a complaint with MakeMyTrip, we did not receive any proper support or resolution. Poor Checkout Experience: At the time of checkout, no staff was available to assist us. We had to carry out the entire checkout process ourselves. Unhygienic Food: The food quality was unacceptable. It was extremely unhygienic, and we even found insects in the vegetarian dishes and fruits. Overall, the experience was far below expectations and not worth the money paid. I request immediate attention to this matter and expect appropriate compensation or resolution.

please do not ever step into this property. we had to vacate the property immediately after checking in. you'll find people, even the staff there smoking all over the corridors and cigarette buds are found lying everywhere. there are no mats or towels in the room. the doors look dilapidated. extremely unclean and unhygienic. air conditioners do not work. it was a night mare. the hotel management says this is all they can provide and we are free to leave.

Not a good place for Family

List of events - * Hotel looks good in picture, its actually very old ..repainted * we went to room and found that key was not working, maintenance came and tried, later they replace the whole door lock..took around 30min and we have to wait there as we wanted to go out * We went for swimming with my kids at 5PM and there were no towels available and my family has to go wet in the room with swimming dress..this is good enough distance * With this state we went for showers in room and realized that hot water was not coming and my family had to take bath in cold water (we informed maintenance and they were trying for another 30min) .. this was same with with 2 other family in our group * After multiple discussion with manager he agreed to change the room in the middle and we got new rooms * Went for dinner at hotel and chair were wet due to rain and staff was not really bothered to clean the chair and on request he tried his best and later left it .. we have to sit on the wet chair for dinner ..our cloths actually soaked that water * Small counter for indian breakfast was there .. dosa was bitter and curry was oily .. not great..For two days only 2-3 items changed in the breakfast

Property is in prime location and has access to all local markets and shops. Rooms are clean and breakfast is served from 7 to 10 am and had variety of good foods. If you are looking for sightseeing packages, concierge team help you with best packages. We hired a private boat for 3 hrs for Mangroves for 330 MYR. It can accommodate 8 to 10 people and you will have all the privacy you need.

Breakfast was not upto the mark. Sanitary fittings were poor. No good service was there. As I had booked Garden suite for 1st one day Suite no was 2102, Bathtub was leaking, Hand shower was not fixed properly. Pot even was moving here and there while sitting.
