The hotel locations is good but the maintenance is terrible, staff is polite but money minded for everything it's extra punt like grooming kit. The main concern i have is the hotel room bed have bed bugs.

Spacious rooms with great views. You can see the personas towers and the menara from the rooms. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We chose the one with a kitchennete. They provide you basic vessels and cutlery, it’s of much use if your travel-ling with a toddler and have to make meals for them. The breakfast buffet has options and was good. Mostly non vegetarian. I wished the house keeping and room cleaning was done on daily basis. Was done only on asking or informing.

They always try to make extra money. I was supposed to check in at 2 pm but they were saying that they will provide the room at 3 pm and if i need early check in for freshen up they charge me extra 150rm. Very inhuman behaviour.

Spacious rooms with great views. You can see the personas towers and the menara from the rooms. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We chose the one with a kitchennete. They provide you basic vessels and cutlery, it’s of much use if your travel-ling with a toddler and have to make meals for them. The breakfast buffet has options and was good. Mostly non vegetarian. I wished the house keeping and room cleaning was done on daily basis. Was done only on asking or informing.
