We had stayed at art e mont kiara hosted by another host just 2 days prior to this booking (managed by “airhost”. That place was very good and well maintained. In the apartment we got, the room was ok (tidy) but the ac was not working well in the main bedroom. Additionally, we had no handwash in one of the bathrooms (which was resolved very quickly) and no garbage bags too (which was not resolved after request to the main desk. It was an average stay in the end, with no bottled water/ water filter being made available. Although there was a machine washing, there was no detergent (unlike what we had in the other apartment managed by airhost in the same property) and that was unfortunate as well. It wasn’t practical for us to buy a kilo of detergent for two days so we couldn’t use that either.

Stay was undoubtedly good. The room was a bit small and also room cleaning they only provide on a weekly basis which I felt unfair as it should be on a regular basis. Also, basic things like water bottles they should provide on a daily basis.

The room is exactly as shown in the pictures. The lobby is beautiful and the sunset views from our room was just beautiful! the jacuzzi pods are also really amazing. Overall good experience no complaints. It’s not in city centre so about 15/30 mins from all the attractions, but this makes it peaceful and value for money.
